Balance Vitality is a bio-diverse approach to optimal health.
Go beyond traditional “prescription” treatments and heal from the core, naturally.
Hi! I am Brittany Valentine, a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP). As an NTP, I believe that food is the most powerful remedy to optimize your health.
I know first-hand how stressful and frustrating it is to feel powerless over the internal workings of your body. That’s why I’ve dedicated my life’s purpose to helping you discover the root cause of many gut-related issues.
Whether it is digestive pain/stress, fatigue, hormonal imbalances, autoimmune disorders, weight gain/loss, hypertension, or mood disorders. American culture tends to normalize these symptoms. However, these symptoms are far from normal! These symptoms are indicative of underlying issues that could be healed by proper nutrition.
My mission is to apply my personal experience and professional expertise to go beyond the traditional “prescription” treatment and help you heal naturally from the core.
Embarking on the journey to better health is a transformative experience that begins with understanding your unique needs and aspirations. Balance Vitality’s process involves personalized assessments, tailored nutritional guidance, and holistic lifestyle recommendations. Together, we’ll craft a path that aligns with your goals, empowering you to embrace vitality and well-being at every step.

Rather than using the “one size fits all” mentality, NTP’s aim to address the body as a network of systems rather than just addressing the specific symptoms. NTP’s educate and support our clients find the right foods to restore balance and enhance health.
A dietitian is a licensed professional to assess diagnose and treat nutritional problems. Dietitians tend to have more of a western-medicine approach rather than a holistic view. They usually work in a hospital setting. Dietitians can be an excellent resource.
A nutritionist is a general term that someone can use while giving advice in the field of nutrition. Nutritionist tend to be in more of a corporate or educational field.
No, I do not take insurance, however, I do accept HSA.
I offer a FREE 20-minute consultation call where we can discuss your concerns and if Nutritional Therapy is the right path for you.
I prefer the close interaction that in-person meetings offer, however, Zoom and phone calls are welcomed as well!

I've been fortunate to work with Brittany, an exceptional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and personal trainer, for six months. Her expertise in nutrition and fitness is evident in the personalized and sustainable program she's created for me. Under her guidance, I've lost almost 20 pounds and resumed long-distance running/walking at 45. Beyond her knowledge, she serves as a coach and motivator, demonstrating patience and understanding. Brittany is more than an NTP; she's a confidant who truly listens. This journey with her has been transformative physically, mentally, and emotionally, and I'm incredibly grateful for her comprehensive guidance and authentic support.
